this phrase is kinda popular in recent grad nowadays. What is this word means?
In short, start up is effort in building a new company. especially tech-based company. things like google, facebook, oracle, etc

History said that in start up bubble some years ago, many start up is fail at first two year. there is many reason to fail a start up but in this article i want to focus in things that must be noted in building start up.

1. minimalize the expenditure
You guys are noob, in most case of start up you still don't have stable revenue sources. so don't carelessly spend all of your money in building hi tech office, many employee, etc. make your start up grow slow. It's safer this way.

2. leave the weak ones, build the start up with your greatest colleague
It seems cruel, but that's the reality. In every company we need best person in correct place. In start up, you extremely need the greatest person cause you will fight with the existing company that have more experience than you in the market.

3. Create something that's needed
Okay i know you are the smartest guy in your campus. But, what's the point if your market don't need what you create. History of google and facebook have told us that we need to create something that's needed by humanity. If you suceed in that, money will follow after
