The former treasurer of the Democrat Party, Muhammad Nazaruddin, is expected to arrive at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport in Jakarta today. Together with a team, he departed from Bogota, Colombia, yesterday, confirmed National Police’s spokesperson, Insp. Gen. Anton Bachrul Alam.



Nazaruddin will be taken to the Corruption Eradication Commission office immediately.

The corruption suspect is being repatriated on a Rp4 billion chartered plane. “I don’t know the price of a charter plane there. The team knows the details,” said Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Minister Djoko Suyanto.
